The Blow Dry Bar
The blow dry bar is a 30 minute appointment, 45 minutes for clients with
long/thick hair, clients must inform when booking the blow dry bar that they
have long/thick hair. Location is NOT requestable. Selected Hair Designers only, clients
cannot request specific designers even if that designer is available at the
chosen time. The appointment must be asked for by name. It is a stand alone
appointment and therefore cannot be booked with any other service. (I.e.
colour). It is an on the day booking that can only be booked through the Head
Office – 0844 445 7611 OPTION 1. Appointments requested for 6pm or later cannot be booked until after 4pm.
The service is only available Monday – Friday.
Appointments have limited availability and may not be available every
day. There is an additional charge for long/thick hair. The Blow Dry Bar is not
available in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
The Cut & Blow Dry Bar
The cut & blow dry bar is a 45 minute appointment. Location is NOT requestable.
Selected Hair Designers only, clients cannot request specific designers even if
that designer is available at the chosen time.
The appointment must be asked for by name. It is a stand alone
appointment and therefore cannot be booked with any other service (i.e. colour).

The colour bar has 5 services to choose from. Location is NOT requestable. Selected Hair Designers only, clients
cannot request specific designers even if that designer is available at the
chosen time. The appointment must be asked for by name. It is an on the day
booking that can only be booked through the Head Office – 0844 445 7611
OPTION 1. Appointments requested for

every day. There is an additional surcharge for long/thick hair, extra colours
or toners. The Colour Bar is not available in conjunction with any other offer,
discount or promotion.
New Client Introductory Offer
£10 off
discount on a Colour OR a Cut is available for all new clients to ZigZag or
existing clients that have NOT visited any ZigZag Studio in 10 months or more.
Clients must collect the voucher from our website or the local Newspaper, fill
out the registration form and have the completed printed voucher ready at
arrival to the salon and present it to the Designer for the discount to be
applied. Here they will receive their further two vouchers of 20% & 15% off a
colour or cut for their 2nd & 3rd visit. No discount will
be applied with no voucher. There is
a minimum spend of £26. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other
offer, discount or promotion, this includes the Cut & Blow Dry Bar, The Colour
Bar, The Blow Dry Bar or any service that has been discounted from our list
price. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one voucher per person.
Recommend a Friend
Existing Clients can recommend a family or friend who has not visited ZigZag
Hair Studios before or an existing client who has not been to any ZigZag Studio
in 10 months or more and them both receive 25% off a Colour OR a Cut. The client being recommended must
have their appointment before the existing client for the offer to work.
Existing clients must collect text message voucher from our website and forward
it to the new client friend being recommended. The new client friend will then
come into the salon with their voucher and receive their discount, then the
existing client will receive their ‘Thank you’ text message with their voucher
for them to use. No discount will be applied with no text message voucher. There
is a minimum spend of £26. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any
other offer, discount or promotion, this includes the Cut & Blow Dry Bar, The
Colour Bar, The Blow Dry Bar or any service that has been discounted from our
list price. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one voucher per
person. ZigZag reserve the right to
cancel this offer at any time. We will only honour the face value of the voucher
regardless of any previously advertised discounts.
Loyalty Points
Clients receive loyalty points per whole pound (£1) spent. Pence are not
included. Clients receive loyalty points from hair services and can only redeem
them against retail products & in salon treatments. Points cannot be redeemed
against hair services. A minimum of
£2.50 (250 points) can be used in one transaction, with a maximum of £25 (2500
points). Points cannot be carried over from different salons unless authorised
before hand by Head Office.
VIP Card
VIP cards (single user) entitles the holder to 15% off hair services only. The
VIP Family Card entitles a family of up to 4 to 15% off hair services only,
additional family members may be added to the card at an additional price per
person. The card is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. It DOES NOT include
discount on retail products. The Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any
other offer, discount or promotion this includes the Cut & Blow Dry Bar, Colour
Bar, Blow Dry Bar and any other service discounted from list price. This card will
be automatically refused and held if the card looks deface or tampered with or
seems to be being used fraudulently. Proof of ID may be required when using the
VIP card. All VIP cards are issued by and remain the property of ZigZag which
may at any time terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of
operation. From time to time amendments may be changed we will inform you via
email 30 days prior to any changes.
The Welcome Pack
The welcome pack is a series of vouchers sent to New Clients after they have
visited ZigZag for the 1st time thanking them for their visit.
Clients are to supply the salon with a mobile number or email to receive their
welcome pack which is sent to them within 2 weeks of their visit via email or
text message. Clients can only use each voucher once. None of the vouchers can be redeemed
for cash.
Lapsed Client
A 50% discount applies for a Cut or a Colour for any client who has not visited
any ZigZag Studio in 10 months or more. Only valid for 30 days from email sent
date or text message sent date. A copy of the email or text message is required
for the discount to be applied. The
voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or
promotion this includes the Cut & Blow Dry Bar, The Colour Bar, The Blow Dry Bar
or any service that has been discounted from our list price. The voucher cannot
be redeemed for cash.
Deposits
50% Deposits are required for certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable
on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 48
hours notice. Deposits are required for Brazilian Blow Drys and appointments
with 3 or more services. If your appointment requires a deposit this deposit can
be taken over the telephone to ensure your booking, the appointment cannot be
booked until the deposit has been taken.
UPTO 50% off Colour Sale
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion
or VIP card. Management reserve the right to refuse any service at any time.
Services may not be available at all times. Customers can receive UPTO 50%
off selected colour services from list price
Cancellation & No Show
We value your time and ours. Please remember when booking an appointment no
other client may have that appointment as it is now yours, we also allocate a
highly qualified paid professional to take care of you for the time you have
booked. Unfortunately some appointments are cancelled with little or no notice
or clients just don’t show up. Our business is appointment based and any
appointment cancelled at late notice or no shows cause an inconvenience to other
clients, a loss of revenue to the salon and earnings for our Hair Designers. We
understand that "real life" things arise. Unfortunately the salon still bears
the full cost. Out of respect to the salon, our Hair Designers and our other
clients 24 hours notice is required
for any change or cancellation of an appointment (please remember some
appointments are double appointments like a colour and cut & blow dry). In the
event of continuous no show or repeat late cancellations the full cost of the
service booked applies and a credit card will be required for future
appointments. In fairness we will offer the same respect to our clients as a
salon/client relationship is a two way street. In the event we have to cancel an
appointment (stylist sick etc) we will supply 24 hours notice. In the event we
cannot supply 24 hours notice we will credit the clients account with a 15%
discount of the original booking.
Complaints and our Guarantee
ZIG-ZAG HAIR STUDIOS aim is that every client leaves the studio delighted and
100% happy with their hair.
If however, you have an issue or complaint you must notify us IMMEDIATELY
and we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate solution. We
promise that if your complaint meets with the correct criteria we will offer you
free hairdressing until your issue has been resolved. You will be referred to
the Studio Manager immediately; it’s our policy that the Salon Manager
will initially deal with the complaint. We will ask you to return within 3 weeks
of the original appointment we will gladly offer a haircut or colour free of
charge (if the service is the same as the original appointment) if you have
simply changed your mind or if you return after the third week normal charges
may apply.
It is completely normal and acceptable for a clients cut or colour to be carried
out every four weeks therefore once three weeks has passed you will be charged
as per normal.
Please remember we welcome complaints it is important for you to inform us if
your not 100% happy with your hair at any stage.
Please note it’s our policy NOT to pass on any of your colour
formulations to your self or any third party.
By booking an appointment at ZigZag you automatically agree to all the above
Terms and Conditions.
