COVID news


We have loved seeing you all and giving you back your gorgeous locks!

Just a quick reminder of the changes in the Blonde Envy salons.....

~ Our salon reception desk will have a Perspex screen and cardless payments will be taken wherever possible

 ~ Online booking will be encouraged with a deposit taken in advance where possible

~ If you require any additional services / treatments or wish to purchase 
hair care and styling products, we will take card payments for these in salon

~ Please attend your appointment alone unless you need to be accompanied for medical / care reasons

~ Please arrive at the time of your appointment, we will have no waiting area so if you are too early you will not be able to enter the salon. If you are late we will need to rebook your appointment

~ We will take the temperature of every stylist when they arrive at the salon

~You will be asked to use the hand sanitiser upon entering the salon

~ We will have no magazines available in the salons, please bring your own or an electronic reading device

~ To reduce face to face contact we may carry out consultations in the mirror

~You will be provided with your own, sealed, PPE pack which will contain a disposable gown, a disposable mask and 2 disposable towels. 

~ You will be asked to put your own disposable gown and PPE mask on. 

~ Each Blonde Envy stylist will be wearing PPE, grade 2 mask and visors/goggles/face shield as appropriate 

~ We will sanitise each station and all tools in between each client 

~ We encourage you to rebook your next appointment online (via our app) or in salon before you leave

~You will be asked to pay a deposit for your appointment, the deposit is fully refundable with at least 24 hours notice 

~ There will be no promotions / discounted services upon reopening 

~Our VIP memberships are closed for the moment, for existing members we will extend the expiry date

~ To ensure that staff and clients have adequate protection, it has been 
necessary to add a supplemental cost to cover the purchase of PPE 

When Should You Rearrange Your Appointment?

We ask that you rearrange your Blonde Envy by ZIGZAG appointment if you experience any of the following:

~ a recent onset of a continuous cough

~ a high temperature

~ a loss or change in your usual sense of taste and smell

The NHS COVID Tracing App

We will be legally required to have a scannable QR Code in each salon to assist the NHS in tracing the progress of any outbreaks of Covid-19 in our area. To help us to use this technology smoothly and to the best of our ability, please download the app onto your telephone before you arrive for your appointment.

Skin Allergy Tests

Due to the length of the lockdown, it is necessary for us to perform new allergy tests on ALL hair colour clients.  Please visit your local Blonde Envy salon 48 hours before your appointment.

We may not be able to shake hands, hug or high five but you can still relax with our massage chairs at the backwash.

 Appointments at Blonde Envy Salons

We have called and / or sent an SMS to all clients that had an appointment booked during the lockdown period. 

For any clients still needing to book an appointment, our online booking system is now open. Deposits are required or you can pre-pay in full to avoid the need to pay during appointment. 

We will keep you updated as the situation evolves via our website and social media channels, so please follow us to ensure that you're in the know! 

Things might feel different for a while but you'll leave us with the same fabulous feeling as ever!
