Why can’t I just put a home dye over the problem colour?

- A 50% deposit may be requested when making an appointment, if you are a new or lapsed client over 7 months and if your appointment exceeds 45 minutes. The deposit is purely to secure your time slot.
- If you have to cancel your hair appointment within 48 hours a 50% cancellation charge may apply.
- A skin test may be required 48 hours prior to colour appointments. New clients or clients who have not visited us within 12 months may not be suitable for all advertised appointments.
- Clients who have had any type of skin tattoo including henna or a permanent make-up service since their last colour service may also be unsuitable for a hair colour treatment. Just visit any one of our studios for this quick and simple skin test.
