Cancellation Policy


Life can be a real pain at times. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. However, we are a small business that relies on our clients attending to their scheduled appointments. Not only so we can pay your stylist that is ready to do your hair, but also so we can keep the electricity on and the doors open.

When you fail to attend your appointment or fail to provide enough notice that you can’t attend, we have turned away another client as that time was allocated to you specifically for that service, this is not fair on us, or the other client.

So, to protect all of our loyal client’s appointments, to protect our business from loss of trading, and to ensure your appointment is relaxing and enjoyable, we have adapted the following salon policies. We may use our discretion and waive the policy where we deem necessary.

We greatly appreciate your support of our business and we will endeavour to provide the utmost professional service to you at every appointment.



We can accommodate appointment movements or cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment time, however if you choose to cancel after this time or reschedule you may be charged up to 50% of your appointment booked. This will also apply for clients that fail to turn up for their appointments.

Certain services will require a booking fee upon booking. Booking fees will be deducted from your bill on the day of your service. Late cancellations or failing to show up for your appointment may result in the loss of your booking fee and will be used as payment ( part or full ) as mentioned above.

By booking an appointment with Blonde Envy by zigzag ( Zigzag group LTD ) you agree to the terms and conditions of both our cancellation and our Guarantee policies. 



Our highly trained technicians provide professional colour results using the finest products available. Blonde Envy cannot guarantee lasting results unless you are using recommended home hair care from Blonde Envy or if you swim regularly.

The Zigzag Group BLONDE ENVY wants every guest to leave the salon delighted and 100% happy with their hair.

If, however, you have an issue or complaint we will consult with you in order to find the appropriate resolution. We promise to offer free hairdressing to you until your issue is resolved.

You will be referred to the salon manager immediately; it is our policy that our managers deal with complaints.

If you return within 7 days of the original date, we will gladly offer a complete haircut or colour free of charge, subject to terms and conditions.

It is completely normal and acceptable for a guest’s cut or colour to be carried out every four weeks. Therefore, once three weeks has passed you will be charged as per normal. Please remember we welcome complaints.  It is important for you to inform us if you are not 100% happy with your hair at any stage.

Please note clients that simply change their minds after their appointment or sign a colour agreement or are on a colour journey (more than one visit to get to a particular colour), or have not purchased the correct after care from Blonde Envy are not entitled to free hairdressing or redo’s.


Please note, it is our policy not to pass on any of your colour formulations to yourself or any third party.


If you are a new client or an existing client a skin test is required once a year, between 7 days to 48 hours prior to your appointment.


ZIGZAG Hair Studios reserve the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time. Management reserves the right to refuse any service at any time.  Services may not be available at all times. All offers, promotions and vouchers have a minimum spend of £31.50 and are valid for 30 days from day offer/voucher is sent unless otherwise stated.

Cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion including VIP.  One voucher per person per visit. Unless otherwise stated all offers, vouchers, discounts and promotions exclude Children, Barber Shop & Training Academy appointments.

Some promotions require payment before the appointment can be booked – this payment is non-refundable if you fail to turn up or change the appointment without 48 hours notice.


A discount on a Ladies Cut & Finish is available for all new ZIGZAG clients or those who have not visited any Blonde Envy by ZIGZAG Studio within 7 months or more.  Clients must collect the voucher from the relevant website page or newspaper (whichever is applicable), fill out the registration form and voucher and present on arrival to the Hair Designer in order for the discount to apply.

A minimum spend of £31.50 applies. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one voucher per person.


A VIP Card (single user) entitles the holder to 15% off hair services only.  The VIP Family Card entitles a family of up to four people to 15% off hair services only.  Additional family members may be added to the card for an additional price per person. The card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.  It does not include discount on retail products.  

This card will be automatically refused and held if it appears to have been defaced or tampered with or there is evidence of fraud. The voucher is non-transferable. Proof of identity may be required when using the VIP card.  All VIP cards are issued by and remain the property of ZIGZAG which may at any time terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation.

From time to time amendments may be changed.  We will inform you via email 30 days prior to any changes.  Cannot be used with any other vouchers, promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.


A discount may apply from time to time for any client who has not visited any Blonde Envy by ZIGZAG Studio for 2 years or more.  Only valid for 30 days from email sent date or text message sent date.  A copy of the email or text message is required for the discount to be applied. 

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion or redeemed for cash. The voucher is non-transferable.

Step.2 Your friend or family member visits any one of our Blonde Envy by ZIGZAG Studios and receives 50% off a Ladies Cut & Finish ONLY (excludes Childrens, Barber Shop & Training Academy appointments)

Step.3 We will then send you 50% off your next Ladies Cut & Finish to say ‘thank you’ for recommending us once your friend of family member has visited us first.
