Job requirements include a minimum of 3 years hairdressing experience, a high level of customer service, commitment to produce an exceptional salon experience with drive and enthusiasm to achieve targets and most of all a passion for hair.
Blonde Envy is known for being a fun, friendly and exciting place to work with endless career opportunities, along with great earning potential including an extremely competitive commission of 35% to 40% plus basic wage with 28 days paid holiday per year increasing with each year of service (this is not on a Self Employed basis).
We would LOVE ♥ to hear from Stylists, Senior Hair Stylists, Salon Educators and Salon Managers or even previous Blonde Envy Stylists who want to come “home to the family”
£500 Bonus Terms & Conditions
* The £500 joining bonus is for level 3 qualified Hair Designers, or those with a minimum of 3 years Hairdressing experience applying for a 5 day per week position. This can be for ex Blonde Envy Hair Designers, provided they have not worked at a Blonde Envy salon within the last 6 months.
* £250 will be paid after the first 12 weeks in the nearest wage period, provided the Hair Designer has successfully completed 12 weeks of employment, working to a good standard and have proven to be reliable.
* The balance of £250 will then be paid 12 weeks later, provided the Hair Designer has successfully completed their probationary period and worked a minimum of 24 weeks employment, working to a good standard and have proven to be reliable.
